Business Language Courses
De Taaldienst is specialised in providing business language courses. These are intended to improve business communication with clients, suppliers and colleagues, at any level. The courses not only focus on learning a new language and/or improving language skills, but also on cultural aspects that are important in doing business.
Location
Business language courses are standard provided online or in-company (if the participants all come from the same company). If you are with a group and you prefer to follow the course at a different location than the company, that can also be arranged. Please indicate this on the registration form.

Online Italian Business Language Course (Beginners)
This course is aimed at novice learners, without previous knowledge or with very limited knowledge of the Italian language, who work or intend to work in Italy or with Italian businesses.
During this beginners business language course, both typical situations of all days and situations within the company are dealth with. The course offers activities and situations that develop language skills and that stimulate intercultural reflection.
The online course is organized in small groups in order to guarantee good guidance. Our approach is very practical: you will learn to speak Italian from the start.
Please note that the language of instruction is Dutch. However, during the course we will slowly use more and more Italian.

- Minimum 3, maximum 8 participants

- 10 lessons of 2 hours, once a week (Thursday evenings)

Short course Dutch business communication (for non-native speakers)
Basic knowlegde of Dutch is required (minimum A2*).
Contents
In four lessons, in a small group, we discuss cases and actively work on a number of themes within Dutch business communcation on basic level, including:
- cultural differences
- receiving guests
- holding telephone conversations
- making appointments

This course is intended for non-native speakers who are or will be working in the Netherlands as, for example, a receptionist or management assistant. Participants carry out speaking and writing assignments and receive feedback from the teacher.

Advanced knowledge of Italian is required (minimum B1*).
